The only acceptable Real Estate signs will be:
Light beige with green block style lettering
Only one sign to a plot and must be a minimum of 15 feet from the roadway.

No other items of advertising (i.e. balloons, flags, etc.) will be permitted.
Any signs not in compliance will be removed.
