When the sidewalks are finally installed along Vanderbilt Beach Rd, the landscaping along the new perimeter fence posts will be planted, followed by the mesh fencing. It is difficult to install the plant material and irrigation once the mesh is in place. 

The cedar beams on the entrance arbors have been constructed and the new entrance sign walls are up and faced, awaiting the signage. The pavers around both sides of the new guardhouse are being installed a the present time. Please be patient and careful as you drive through.

The outside construction of the new guardhouse has been completed. Meanwhile, Tony and the other guards are doing the best they can from the temporary structure.

At this time, completion of the front entrance project is estimated to be the first week in December, although it might be a bit later than that.
